Search Taobao website and then click on User Registration

Go to User Registration page, click Acceptance of registration term and condition

To set up your User name and click on Agreement of application for Alipay account in the meantime, then click on Next

Verification of Mobile phone number, follow the instruction below and then click on Confirmation

Set up your Login password, and then click on Submission
